Frequently asked questions.

All products are reference materials sold solely for in-vitro laboratory research and educational use by qualified researchers. They are not drugs, supplements, or medical devices, and are not intended for personal use, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. We provide no guidance on usage of any kind.

Every lot is tested by an independent third-party laboratory. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry and purity is measured by HPLC — typically ≥99%. A Certificate of Analysis is available for every product, with the lot number on the COA matching the number on the vial.

A COA is available for every product. It records the HPLC purity percentage, mass-spec identity confirmation, the lot/batch number, and the test date. Match the lot number printed on your vial to the lot number on the COA to verify the document corresponds to the material you received. See the Quality page for full detail.

A lot (or batch) number is a unique identifier assigned to a single synthesis run. It links a specific vial to its Certificate of Analysis and test results, providing traceability from synthesis to delivery. Always confirm the lot number on the vial matches the COA.

Lyophilized reference materials are stored desiccated at 68°F (20°C), away from light and moisture. We do not provide reconstitution, preparation, or usage instructions of any kind.

Our products are reference materials for in-vitro research only. We do not provide medical, preparation, or usage guidance under any circumstances. Any such question is outside the scope of what we supply.
