You are responsible for all use of the products purchased by you or on your behalf. You must protect the products from use by any other person or entity and you are responsible for any such person or entity's actions or inactions, abuse or misuse of the products.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Card payment is collected at checkout by our payment partner. We never see or store card details.

VERT Peptides operates as a research chemical supplier and is not a compounding pharmacy or 503B facility. We do not provide medical, dosing, or usage guidance of any kind.

Vert LLC warrants only that the description of the products is accurate. In the event that the product supplied is not that ordered or is otherwise defective, Vert will replace it with the correct product upon the customer returning the originally supplied product in original condition without any of it having been used. No other warranty is expressed or implied and all warranties of any kind including merchantability or fitness are expressly disclaimed; the product is otherwise sold AS IS.

Vert LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, misuse, or site downtime, including but not limited to any action or inaction caused by the negligence of Vert LLC. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

I hereby agree to indemnify and defend Vert, its officers, directors, employees, agents, members, and affiliated entities from any claim, liability or demand, including any expenses and attorney's fees related thereto arising out of or relating to the use of the peptides purchased by or on behalf of me.

Any and all disputes, issues or misunderstanding of any nature regarding the subject matter of these Terms and conditions, the sale and use of peptides, the actions or inactions of Vert LLC and the rights and liabilities of the customer shall be resolved by arbitration before JAMS, in Wyoming pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator shall be chosen by the court by submitting to the parties eleven proposed arbitrators and each party shall eliminate one proposed arbitrator alternately, the last proposed arbitrator remaining shall be the arbitrator. The first to choose determined by the flip of a coin. The arbitrator shall determine all issues of its jurisdiction and shall determine the limits of discovery. Each party shall bear its own attorneys fees. All issues shall be determined pursuant to the laws of the State of Wyoming. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the District Court of the State of Wyoming to enforce the arbitration and any other issues not resolved by arbitration.

Vert LLC shall have the sole right to revise these Terms and Conditions and the website without notice. Any transaction occurring after the change shall be governed by the change and use after such change shall be deemed consent to the change.

These Terms and Conditions and the statements, representations, disclaimers and agreements contained on this website are the entire agreement of the parties. No oral statement, representation, term or condition shall be binding on Vert LLC unless it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Vert LLC. All prior and contemporaneous statements, representations, facts and circumstances are superseded by these Terms and Conditions and the statements, representations, disclaimers and agreements contained on this website.
