Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
Every order ships with a carrier tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility, so you can follow it through to delivery, giving both you and us a record that the package was delivered.
We currently ship within the United States only. All packages are discreetly packaged with cold-chain protection where applicable.
Report a missing-but-delivered package within 7 days. v e r t peptides is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will work with you to file a claim where possible.
The customer is responsible for address accuracy. Packages returned due to an incorrect address incur a re-shipment fee.
