Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

• USPS Priority Mail (2–4 business days) — standard.
• USPS Priority Express (1–2 business days) — expedited.
• Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Every order ships with a carrier tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility, so you can follow it through to delivery. Higher-value orders ship with signature confirmation and carrier insurance at no extra cost, giving both you and us a verified record that the package was delivered.

We currently ship within the United States only. All packages are discreetly packaged with cold-chain protection where applicable.

Report a missing-but-delivered package within 7 days. VERT Peptides is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will work with you to file a claim where possible.

The customer is responsible for address accuracy. Packages returned due to an incorrect address incur a re-shipment fee.
