All products are sold for research use only. Due to our rigorous quality-control standards and the fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Because of the nature of our products and our quality standards, returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, unused, and untampered with.
In the rare occasion that your order arrives with missing, incorrect or damaged items, please email contact@vertpeptides.com for assistance.
Cancellations must be requested by email before the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped you may not cancel your order.
If an item has been opened, the tamper-evident seal broken, or the chain of custody otherwise compromised, it is not eligible for return for integrity reasons.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% return processing fee, deducted from your refund, to cover inspection, verification, labor, and payment-processing costs. Returned items are not restocked or resold. The fee is calculated on the post-discount product price, excluding taxes and shipping, and is separate from the return label cost. It is waived only when the return is due to a VERT Peptides error.
Our products are sold for research use only. Any mention or indication of personal use (human or animal) violates our website guidelines and voids eligibility for returns or refunds under this policy.
Contact contact@vertpeptides.com within 48 hours of order delivery with your order number, item(s), and reason. Returns sent without prior approval (RMA) will not be accepted. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a VERT Peptides error.
If approved, you will be refunded by Zelle or an alternative payment method decided by VERT Peptides. We do not restock or resell returned items — all returns are quarantined and disposed of. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact contact@vertpeptides.com.
